Union Graduate College - Current Students

Union Graduate College Office Student ID and Campus Parking Permits

You must first be registered for a class to obtain a Student ID and parking permit.

To be issued a Student ID:

Register for Union Graduate College classes by completing the Union Graduate College Course Registration form and delivering it to The Graduate Center Admission’s Office, 80 Nott Terrace, Schenectady, NY 12308. You If you have not already completed a registration form, you can access the course registration form using the link above.
Submit a completed form called "Permission to Release Educational Information to Union College" to The Graduate Center Admission’s Office, 80 Nott Terrace, Schenectady, NY 12308.

To obtain a Union College campus parking permit:

No sooner than the first day of classes, visit the Union College Campus Safety Office (located at College Park Hall (518) 388-6358) to have your student photo taken. Appointments are HIGHLY recommended.
Complete a Student Vehicle Registration form.
Bring your student ID, vehicle registration and Student Vehicle Registration form to the Union College Campus Safety Office accompanied by your permit payment of $15 per calendar year. Checks should be made payable to: Union College.
