The Graduate College has adopted an Affirmative Action Policy that prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, which is set forth in Appendix A to this Handbook. If you have been the victim of discrimination or harassment on the basis of age, color, disability, ethics or national origin, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation as a result of the actions of another member of the Graduate College community, you are encouraged to report the actions to the Affirmative Action Advisor to the President, Marie Fuda, Human Resources Specialist (518) 631-9840
